Recipes: Tea Sandwiches

Bacon and Egg Sandwich

Hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
Crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sweet french bread, sliced

Mix eggs, bacon, mayonaise, salt, and pepper together. Cut the french bread slices into whatever shape you like (we prefer flower or heart shaped for this sandwich.) Spread egg mixture onto the bread to make sandwiches.

Cashew Chicken Sandwich

Chicken, shredded (from a can)
Mayonnaise
Cashews, chopped
Sweet french bread, sliced

Mix together the chicken, mayonaise, and nuts. Cut the french bread slices into whatever shape you like. Spread chicken mixture onto the bread to make sandwiches.

Crab Salad Sandwich

Crab meat, shredded
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Chives, chopped
Sweet french bread, sliced

Mix together the crab meat, mayonaise, chives, salt, and pepper. Cut the french bread slices into whatever shape you like. Spread crab meat mixture onto the bread to make sandwiches.

Shrimp Cocktail Sandwich

Shrimp cooked, cleaned and chopped
Seafood cocktail sauce
Cream cheese
Wheat Bread, sliced

Mix together the shrimp and the cocktail sauce. Cut the wheat bread slices into whatever shape you like. Spread cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Then spread the shrimp mixture onto the bread to make sandwiches.

Avocado and Bacon Sandwich

Ripe avocado, mashed
Crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
Mayonnaise
Pepper
Sweet french bread, sliced

Mix together the avacodo, bacon, mayonaise, and pepper. Cut the french bread slices into whatever shape you like. Spread avacodo mixture onto the bread to make sandwiches.
